The rent always comes due on the 1st of the month.  So you only have to pay what ever part of the month is left remaining on the first month.  After that its the first of the month every month.

If you haven't paid your bill by the 10th a $10 lockout and late fee will be assessed.

$15 cleaning fee is paid at time of rental.  Refundable if two week notice is given and unit is left Broom clean.

No environmentally hazardous material in units.
